Future Perspectives Leads Lagos State Ministry of Youth & Social Development to Canada Deputy High Commission
As part of preparations for the upcoming 2025 Canada Study Tour, Future Perspectives proudly led a delegation from the Lagos State Ministry of Youth & Social Development (MYSD) on a courtesy visit to the Deputy High Commission of Canada in Nigeria received by the Deputy High Commissioner, Mr. Carlos Rojas-Arbulú and Senior Trade Commissioner, Mr. Zaya Kuyena. The MYSD delegation included the Honorable Commissioner, Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende and the Permanent Secretary, Pharm (Mrs.) Toyin Oke-Osayintolu along with other Ministry staff and select Youth Leaders.
This important engagement served as a platform to strengthen diplomatic ties, align on shared goals, and ensure a smooth and impactful experience for the youth delegation. Discussions centered around the tour’s objectives, the “Empower Lagos” theme, and the broader vision of fostering global citizenship among young Nigerians.
With the support of the Canada Deputy High Commission in Nigeria and in collaboration with Queen’s University, this initiative is set to open new doors of opportunity, learning, and leadership for our future changemakers.
