    Olaolu is a Documentation & Communications Professional with 15+ years of experience in public and private sectors. Proven track record in digital and strategic communications, policy dissemination, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and administration.

    She successfully led over 75 policy dissemination and government initiatives campaigns, resulting in a 50% increase in public awareness. Engaged with over 100 stakeholders to increase public awareness of the Federal Government’s policies.

    Olaolu has held roles ranging from serving as Special Assistant on Documentation to the Immediate Past Vice President of Nigeria (Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN. GCON) to engaging with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) on policy matters, working in the media and publicity unit of the Nigerian Presidency, and contributing to international events like the 2012 London Olympics.

    She is skilled in using Digital Asset Management platforms such as MediaValet and Cloudinary, as well as Content Management Systems like WordPress, Squarespace and Godaddy to create and manage websites. Also conversant with the Graphics Design platform, Canva.

    Dapo has worked with both Lagos Internal Revenue (LIRS) and Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS) giving him vast knowledge of governmental policies that help bridge trust between private entities and government bodies. ‍

    A proven expert with strong strategic, analytical and execution skills with great attention to detail. She possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with very good diplomacy and assertive skills.

    Nelba plans, coordinates, and oversees various programs at Future Perspectives. She is also responsible for ensuring that the programs meet company goals by implementing policies and procedures and activities.

    business and Supply Chain Management. She ensures management of the supply chain by
    nurturing relationships with the suppliers and maintaining consistent communication. She guarantees stock control risks are mitigated to contribute to 100% OTIF inbound targets.

    Deke delivers an extraordinary customer experience, guaranteeing satisfaction by maintaining

    Goody is an accomplished designer with over 7 years of dedicated experience creating effective design solutions. Beyond his design practice, He has also worked as a design consultant for business organizations, providing strategic design insights that align with business objectives, enhance brand identity, and elevate a company's overall visual presence.

    At Future Perspectives, Goody serves as a Program Lead, contributing his expertise across communications, engagements. and design capacities to guide and execute organizational initiatives.

    Mirya Sabo, a dedicated Nigerian lawyer and Program Coordinator, was born in Southern Kaduna. She earned a bachelor's degree in law from Ahmadu Bello University and a professional law degree from the Kano Campus of the Nigerian Law School. With over four years of experience in the non-profit sector,

    Mirya has passionately advocated for human rights, particularly focusing on the rights of women and children concerning domestic violence and education. Her work in these areas over the past three years has included mass awareness campaigns, advocacy, and litigation.

    Mirya's leadership skills were recognized early on when she served as the Majority Leader of the Inaugural cohort of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) parliament under the guidance of Rt Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President. She is also the founder of Creeks and Beyond, an ed-tech startup committed to providing healthy tech education to children, an initiative recognized by UNESCO IESLAC for its impactful work in the Niger Delta region.‍ ‍

    Deborah Enesi is a researcher and development practitioner with experience in participatory communication, project management, and mixed-methods research.

    She has worked on initiatives focused on environmental restoration, community development, and public-policy-related evidence generation. Skilled in qualitative interviewing, thematic analysis, survey development, and SPSS-based data analysis.

    At Future Perspectives, she supports research activities, data analysis, and the development of strategic deliverables for multi-sector projects.

    Tufayl Adelakun is an aspiring diplomat and a young, enthusiastic policy cum academic researcher with a keen interest in public policy.

    Tufayl has a cross-cutting background in the public sector through his experience working as an intern at the National Assembly, National Commission for Museums and Monuments, and Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), a think tank under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    Tufayl joined the International Council on Human Rights, Peace and Politics as a Research Fellow.

    Tufayl emerged in 2024 amongst 39 young Nigerians across the 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria into the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) Legislative Internship Programme funded by the European Union through its Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria (EU-SDGN) Programme Phase II. Assigned to the House of Representatives Committee on Defence, Tufayl gained extensive exposure to Nigeria’s national security landscape particularly in the context of legislative oversight, and the complexities of governance.
