Innovation to Transform Education Training (ITET)
UNESCO IESALC partnered with Future Perspectives to train 50 EdTech youth and students, especially the most marginalized, to enable them become agents of change in transforming education in their communities. Top 11 ITET Fellows will participate in the first EdTech Fellowship in partnership with Africa Fintech Foundry.
An EdTech interactive dialogue was conducted to evaluate how Nigerian youth are adopting EdTech to innovate their own learning paths through higher education and their transition to the labor market. To support the training design and contextualization of ITET the results of the dialogue and local mapping survey were used. It also helped establish the need for an EdTech Fellowship Program.
